Naval Sethi opened Bombay Palace, the first authentic Indian cuisine restaurant in the North Carolina “Research Triangle” over 20 years ago. Today, his son Nishal manages Bombay Grille in South Charlotte as he has since 2003, but the traditions remain the same.
Bombay Grille uses a combination of fragrantly mixed spices, and specializes in northern Indian cuisine, cooked in the traditional Tandoori style. In addition, Bombay Grille’s curry kitchen provides a wide range of meals, including an ample selection of vegetarian dishes.
Charitable Community Outreach
Bombay Grille is proud to support the surrounding Charlotte community, and every April, donates a portion of their proceeds to Autism Awareness charities, particularly the Autism Society of North Carolina. Nishal regularly contributes gift cards and food donations to support local schools and fundraising efforts as well.
